At Honey Gummies, we aim to deliver your products quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, costs, and what to do if issues come up.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, which includes a tracking number and carrier information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order ships, not when it's placed.
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
International:
- Canada: 5–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.
Didn't receive your tracking email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, email info@tryhoneygummies.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international orders, depending on your location and the service selected. The carrier used will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide us.
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Changes to shipping addresses after an order is placed may not be possible once the order has begun processing. Contact us immediately at info@tryhoneygummies.com if you need to change an address.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses: We can ship to these addresses via USPS. Delivery may take longer than standard.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package:
- Check with neighbors, household members, and your building's mailroom or front desk
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim (they have more tools to locate the package than we do)
- Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before actually arriving
If your package is still missing after taking these steps, email us at info@tryhoneygummies.com with your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
For packages lost in transit (no "Delivered" status after the expected window), email us and we'll file a claim with the carrier and reship or refund your order.
International Orders
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Important international notes:
- Customs, duties, and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Contact your local customs office for estimates before ordering.
- Customs delays: International packages can be delayed by customs processing, which is outside our control. Please allow additional time for delivery.
- Refused or unclaimed packages: If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs fees, the package may be returned to us or destroyed. If returned, we'll refund the product cost minus shipping and any return fees.
- Product restrictions: Some countries restrict or prohibit certain dietary supplement ingredients. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that Honey Gummies can legally be imported into their country. We are not responsible for orders seized or delayed by customs.
- International returns: Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility and can be costly. Contact us before returning to discuss options.
Holiday and Peak Season Delays
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.) and peak shopping periods, carriers experience delays that can extend delivery times by several days. We'll do our best to process your order promptly, but delivery times may be longer than usual.
Weather and Carrier Delays
Severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, or other events outside our control may delay shipping or delivery. We'll communicate proactively if we're aware of significant issues affecting your order.
Delayed Orders and Your Rights
If we can't ship your order within 30 days of your purchase (for any reason), we'll email you with an updated shipping estimate and offer you the option to:
- Agree to the new shipping estimate, or
- Cancel your order for a full refund
You'll always have the right to cancel a significantly delayed order and receive a full refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take photos of the damage before opening if possible
- If the product inside is damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@tryhoneygummies.com with your order number and photos
- We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice
