How to Start a Return

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — we'll confirm the return address and walk you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is initiated, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — your choice.

Return Shipping

You can cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription anytime by:

Cancellations take effect immediately — no future charges, no fees, no questions.

Unwanted subscription charges: If you're charged for a subscription shipment you didn't want, email us within 30 days of that charge and we'll issue a refund for that shipment (standard return policy above applies).

Skipping or changing shipments: To skip a shipment or change your delivery frequency, log into your account or email us — we'll handle it.
