Subscribe & Save Subscriptions

How subscriptions work:

When you sign up for a Subscribe & Save subscription:

  • You receive your first order immediately
  • Future orders ship automatically at the frequency you selected (typically every 30 days)
  • Your payment method is stored securely and charged before each shipment
  • You get a 20% discount on every subscription shipment
  • You can cancel anytime with no fees

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

Option 1: Log into your account

  • Go to tryhoneygummies.com and log in
  • Navigate to "My Subscriptions"
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"

Option 2: Email us

  • Send an email to info@tryhoneygummies.com with your order number
  • We'll process the cancellation within 1 business day and send confirmation

Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged for any future shipments. There are no cancellation fees, no retention calls, and no multi-step processes.

You'll receive email confirmation within 1 business day that your subscription has been cancelled.


Managing Your Subscription (Without Cancelling)

Not ready to cancel, but want to make changes? You have options:

  • Skip a shipment: Push your next delivery to a later date
  • Change frequency: Switch from every 30 days to every 45, 60, or 90 days
  • Swap products: Change which product you receive (if applicable)
  • Update payment method: Change the card on file
  • Update shipping address: Change where your orders are delivered

All of these changes can be made in your account or by emailing info@tryhoneygummies.com.


Renewal and Billing

Billing dates: Your subscription will be charged on the schedule you selected. For a monthly subscription, you'll be charged approximately every 30 days from your initial purchase date.

Renewal notifications: Before each scheduled renewal, we send a reminder email at least 3 days in advance so you know a charge is coming and can skip or cancel if you'd like.

Pricing:

  • Your subscription price at signup is locked in for as long as your subscription is active
  • If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance by email
  • You can cancel before any price change takes effect

Failed payments: If your payment method is declined, we'll notify you by email and retry the charge. If we can't process payment after several attempts, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.


Refunds for Subscription Shipments

If a subscription shipment is charged and you don't want it:

  • Email us within 30 days of the charge at info@tryhoneygummies.com
  • We'll refund the shipment per our Refund Policy
  • You can send the bottle back (even if it's empty) or not — your choice

To prevent unwanted shipments:

  • Cancel or skip your subscription before the next renewal date
  • Set up renewal reminder emails (they're on by default)
  • Review your subscription status in your account anytime

Your Rights

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no fees and no questions asked.

Under federal law (ROSCA) and state laws (including California, New York, and others), we are required to:

  • Clearly disclose subscription terms before you sign up
  • Provide an easy online cancellation process
  • Send renewal reminders before charges
  • Honor cancellation requests without retention pressure
